In order to enable all our guests to have a pleasant stay in our residence, we kindly ask you to comply with our house rules and to take the following information into account.

Price quotation

The listed apartment prices are per day with a basic occupancy of 2 people and the specified period. Each additional person has an extra charge of € 15 per day

local tax

The community residence tax to be paid on site is €1.20 per day and guest over the age of 14.

​

final cleaning

The final cleaning is obligatory and amounts to € 40.00 - regardless of the length of stay

​

Arrival and departure

The apartment is available to you on the day of arrival from 3 p.m. at the latest. If you arrive in the evening, please let us know. On the day of departure we ask our guests to leave the apartment  to be released by 10:00 a.m.

parking spot

A free, uncovered parking space is available to our guests. On request you can rent our private garage for your car or your e-bikes for a fee. There is no device for charging e-cars.

WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS

our optimally functioning WLAN (fiber optic network) is free of charge for our guests

​

smoker

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms - we ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house (except on the balcony and in the garden).

pets

We ask for your understanding that we do not accept pets for hygienic reasons.

​

Pay:

We would like to point out that you can only pay for your stay in cash or by bank transfer.

EU citizens are able to make cash payments up to a maximum of €1,999.00. Non-EU residents can also pay larger amounts in cash. Your booking is only binding once a deposit of €300.00 has been booked.

Cancellation fees:

• Due to the current situation in Europe regarding the COVID-19 virus, we have changed our cancellation fees for the 2022 season:

  Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival - after this date we charge 50% of the accommodation price of the reservation

cancellation insurance

To protect yourself against unforeseen events, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance with our insurance partner, Europäische Reiseversicherungs AG in Vienna. Simply click on the link below and take out your travel insurance right here. So you are on the safe side.

Should an unforeseen event occur, such as an accident or sudden illness, please contact us immediately to cancel the booking and report your claim to Europäische Reiseversicherung on the same day. We will then send you the cancellation invoice, which you should pay by bank transfer. After submitting the damage form including our cancellation invoice, the cancellation costs will be reimbursed to you by the insurance company.

Important:

In the case of short-term bookings, the insurance must be taken out on the day of booking,

If you only take out the insurance at a later point in time for long-term bookings (possible up to 1 month before departure), the cancellation insurance will only cover you after 10 days (waiting period),

Please contact us as soon as you learn that you cannot travel.
