What could be nicer than enjoying the first coffee of the day or an aperitif in the morning on your private balcony with the morning sun and a view of the valley? Our 3 balconies are furnished with comfortable sun loungers with parasols, as well as tables and armchairs.
Your holiday home "Gretl" is located at the entrance to the village, bordering on orchards. Enjoy peace and relaxation - paired with a unique panoramic view of the valley and the surrounding mountain ranges

You can get fresh rolls and other delicacies every day at the "super market" around the corner.
The new high-gloss kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartments, Table grill, kettle and Tchibo espresso machine. The equipment of the apartment includes additional bed/table linen as well as bath, hand and tea towels. Dishwashing liquid, cleaning utensils are available.
1st bedroom with south-facing balcony and view towards Vinschgau
2nd bedroom with east-facing balcony (morning sun with a view towards Meran) and large ensuite bathroom. Although this bedroom is located behind the 1st bedroom, it has a new, separate entrance
Falls benötigt, so gibt es in diesem Salon eine Ausziecouch für 1 Erwachsenen oder 1-2 Kinder (Couch160x180 cm)

Das geräumige ensuite-Tageslicht-Badezimmer liegt hinter dem 2.Schlafzimmer (Glas-Schiebetür) und ist mit einer hochwertigen modernen Dusche und Badewanne ausgestattet.
Das kleine moderne Bad (mit Dusche/WC und Fenster) befindet sich zentral zwischen Küche und Wohraum und wird oft auch als Tages-WC genützt.
Übersichtskizze der Ferienwohnung, welche sich über die gesamte 1.Etage erstreckt. (d.h. Sie sind die einzigen Gäste im Hause). Das 2.Schlafzimmer, an welches das große Badezimmer angrenzt, hat einen eigenen Zugang. Das 1.Schlafzimmer ist vom Wohnzimmer aus erreichbar.
Im Frühjahr, Sommer und Herbst erstrahlt unser gepflegter Garten in schönen Farben und saftigem Grümn
