In accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND THE COUNCIL, we would like to inform you that we process personal data of customers and suppliers as well as data of persons who voluntarily provide our company with their personal details (in person, by telephone, by fax or by e-mail). -Mail) as well as by registering on our website, as well as from people whose data has been taken over by third parties, for example in the collection of external data for commercial information, public registers, etc., the latter case being exclusively personal data more common / of an ordinary kind and nature.

In relation to the objectives indicated above, your personal data will be forwarded when necessary:

  • to credit institutions with which our company has business relationships for the management of receivables/liabilities and for arranging financing

  • to all those natural and/or legal, public and/or private persons (legal, administrative and tax offices, courts, chambers of commerce, etc.) if the transmission proves necessary or useful for the exercise of our activity.

  • to suppliers/manufacturers for the execution of the orders

  • The personal data processed by our company are not subject to dissemination.

What information do we collect from you and for how long?

1.  Information provided by the user and collected automatically

The personal data stored by our company are collected directly from customers or third parties, as in the hypothesis that the company acquires data from external companies for commercial information, market research, direct offers of products or services. For this last type of data, an informative notice will be provided at the time of their registration or, in any case, no later than the first possible communication.

In addition, it may happen that our company holds data that the law defines as "sensitive" in relation to operations requested by the customer. For their treatment, the law requires a specific consent of consent.

Each time you visit our platforms, we may collect information about the devices used and the networks to which you are connected when using our services, in accordance with applicable laws and, where applicable, with your consent. Third parties acting as processors of such contractual processing guarantee that they will not store the data received from the client and will not use them for any other purpose. Our contractors are contractually obliged to use the same data protection and security standards and we ensure that these are adhered to. 

Navigation data as part of our Internet information service:

The computer systems and procedures made available for the functioning of the www.wix.com website acquire, during normal operation, certain personal data, the transmission of which is inherent to the use of data exchange protocols on the Internet.

This is information that is not collected in order to be associated with identified subjects, but which, by their very nature, allows users to be identified, through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request and other parameters relating to the transmission and the refer to the user's computer environment.

Transfer of data abroad:

Rights of the data subject:

The General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 gives the data subject the possibility to exercise certain rights. In detail, he has the right to obtain information about whether and which data is available about him and to learn more about this data in an understandable form, its origin and the reason and purpose of its processing, as well as information about the owner and those responsible for the processing and individuals and categories of individuals to whom that information may be communicated.

The data subject has the right to update, rectify and supplement his data and to request that the data be deleted, blocked and converted into anonymous data if the processing violates the law. You have the right to oppose, for a legitimate reason, all or part of the processing of your data, and without a legitimate reason when data is used for the purpose of commercial information, sending of advertising material, direct sales, market and opinion research.

Time information for the data storage of personal data

Apart from the categories below, personal data will only be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and will no longer be used:
The following categories of personal data can be stored for different periods of time:

  • Financial data (e.g. payments, refunds, etc.) are retained for the duration required by applicable tax and accounting regulations;

  • All user-generated content (e.g. comments and ratings) is anonymous but remains available on our platforms.



Disclosure of data to third parties
As part of the operation of our website, the internet agency Consisto in Brixen and the content management service provider Click Text GmbH in Caldaro have access to your personal data. They were therefore appointed as "processors".  

 


Use of Customer Data
We use a Facebook pixel to subsequently point website visitors specifically to our services and offers. Every website visitor automatically becomes part of a so-called “Website Custom Audiences”. If this is not desired, you can remove yourself from this target group here and also generally adjust your Facebook advertising settings.

In addition, we use the email addresses that we have from our customers or interested parties (inquiries via the website, newsletter subscribers, contact data obtained through competitions and other campaigns) to build up a custom audience, which also helps us to provide relevant information in a targeted manner and without wastage play out within the framework of social networks and the FB Display network.
