We look forward to seeing you in our Residence from March to November. Enjoy a relax holiday in a small village and at the same time the near to the fascinating city of Merano.
In the midst of orchards and only 7 km from Meran lies the pretty village of Parcines with its narrow streets, beautiful houses and historic residences
Your holiday home "Gretl" is located at the entrance to the village, bordering on orchards. Enjoy peace and relaxation - paired with a unique panoramic view of the valley and the surrounding mountain ranges
What could be nicer than enjoying the first coffee of the day or an aperitif in the morning on your private balcony with the morning sun and a view of the valley? Our 3 balconies are furnished with comfortable sun loungers with parasols, as well as tables and armchairs.

1st bedroom with south-facing balcony and view towards Vinschgau
In our holiday apartment, couples or a family will find enough space for relaxing holidays in 2 double rooms with 2 bathrooms and 1 living/dining room with separate kitchen.
If you are a family of 5 persons, there is a separate small living room with a sofa bed (connected with a door to the 2nd bedroom - see draw)
Your jackets, shoes, backpacks, etc. can be stored in the wardrobe cupboard beside the entrance of the appartment.

The new high-gloss kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartments, Table grill, kettle and Tchibo espresso machine. The equipment of the apartment includes additional bed/table linen as well as bath, hand and tea towels. Dishwashing liquid, cleaning utensils are available.
2nd bedroom with east-facing balcony (morning sun with a view towards Meran) and large ensuite bathroom. Although this bedroom is located behind the 1st bedroom, it has a new, separate entrance
The spacious bathroom is behind the 2nd bedroom and is equipped with a shower and bathtube. The small bathroom (with shower/toilet) is located between the kitchen and living room. (see apartment draw)
Pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons.
Partschins is the ideal starting point for all kinds of bike tours, easy hikes, mountain tours of all levels of difficulty or a walk along the "Waalweg" (walk along the creek) to the famous waterfall of Partschins.

The pretty village center with its small shops, typical bars and the bus stop can be reached after a 5-10 minutes walk,only.
At Partschins you may find museums, cultural events organized by the tourism association,
Workshops, wellness and health programs or you can just enjoy your holiday with relaxation at the Residence"Gretl".
